Tuition Reimbursement -
HOPE provides educational assistance through a tuition reimbursement program for all regular full-time and part-time employees with at least one yearÕs full service, eligible for a maximum of $400 per year. Benefits are pro-rated for part time employees. Our goal is to enhance your career development by helping you increase your professional knowledge.

Year of Service Recognition Awards begin at your 5th year and every 5th year anniversary thereafter.

"On the Spot" Recognition Awards are given by Managers to reward staff for special accomplishments, large and small.

Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program -
The College Cost Reduction and Access Act of 2007 established a new public service loan forgiveness program. It discharges any remaining debt after 10 years of full-time employment in public service. The borrower must have made 120 payments as part of the Direct Loan program in order to obtain this benefit. Only payments made on or after October 1, 2007 count toward the required 120 monthly payments.
